Rebar Cold Stamping Machine, Press Coupler Technology

This device is used stamp rebar coupler and rebar so that they could connect tight. The max pressure is 65Mpa, prohibit to use over 65 Mpa.

When adjust Reversing Valve, rotate clockwise to increase pressure, and anticlockwise to reduce pressure.

If it leak oil on the position of the Reversing Valve, the gasket may break. When disconnect or install the Reversing Value, should remember the direction position of Reversing Value. If the position is not same as before disconnection, the oil-way will change and make chaos.

Should not screw the nut on Move Mould too tight, and the return oil pressure should no more than 3Mpa, or the Move Mould should not go back to the end through. 

When work in high position, pls use rope or chain to tie Fixed Mould and Clamp. Before work, check whether joints of Oil Pipes connect well.

After work, pls put the machine to indoor position, and add dust cover on machine nozzle. Should maintain clamp regularly according to actual situation. If find oil leakage, or Scratching on surface of Push Rod, shoud stop and do maintain at once.

Workers should stand at side of clamp to operate. Prohibit to disassemble any parts of Oil Pressure System when have pressure.
